The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has adopted regulations that mandate the application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles—to help ensure the safe and sanitary processing of fish, seafood and fishery products. These regulations mandate the application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles.
